eXp Realty Events: Information, Dates, & Locations

If you have never been to an eXp Realty event, then you are missing out!  These events have been the most impactful events in my life and career in real estate.  Not only do you learn from some of the top agents and team leaders in the country but you’ll meet colleagues that’ll change your entire experience moving forward with eXp Realty.

If you are not yet with eXp Realty, these events are open to the public and a great way for you to experience the brokerage before you decide to make the move over.

eXp Realty Hosted Events

eXp Realty offers two events per year, EXPCON and The Shareholder Summit.  Both are HUGE events with thousands of agents, brokers, and eXp staff that come from all over the World!

These are the two events that if you’re an ICON agent, you’re encouraged to attend to unlock the additional $4,000 in company stock.  $2,000 for each one.

Every event that I’ve been to gets bigger and bigger each year.  I attribute much of the success I’ve had at eXp Realty to attending the company events.  The people I’ve met and the things I’ve learned have impacted my business beyond belief.

eXp Realty Shareholder Summit

The eXp Realty Shareholder Summit is a 3-day event that takes place every year around springtime.  This event is open to ALL – including eXp Realty agents and those considering making the move to eXp Realty.  You don’t even need to be a real estate agent to attend the event.

The main focus of The eXp Realty Shareholder Summit is towards current and future shareholders.  There are many sessions that detail where the company is at financially and operationally. It’s also a time to hear what direction eXp Realty leadership expects the company to take moving forward.  

The Shareholder Summit is also a great way to get a feel for the eXp Realty culture and meet top agents and eXp Realty leadership.

Finally, there are many sessions that help real estate agents grow their business.  These sessions offer training focused on lead generation, scripting, business building, and much more.

EXPCON

EXPCON is a 3-day event that takes place every year around fall.  This event is open to ALL agents, regardless of which brokerage they are with.

Unlike the eXp Realty Shareholder Summit, EXPCON is much more focused around helping real estate agents grow their sales business.  Shareholder Summit has sessions for training but EXPCON is 100% focused on real estate agent sales training.  

There are many breakout sessions led by top agents and keynote speakers that come in from all over! There are also tons of great after hour events to network and get to know fellow agents at eXp Realty.

eXp Realty Agent Hosted Events

eXp Realty agents also host multiple large events throughout the year in different locations.  Typically, there is an event in Mexico at the start of each year called the Freedom Summit.  Additionally, there are several other one and two-day events hosted in places like Las Vegas, Dallas, North Carolina throughout the year.
