Letter of the Heart
July 2019

It’s been too long since we’ve talked, and I hope you are well! If we haven’t spoken in some time, shoot me a text or a Facebook message – I’d love to catch up! For several years, I’ve had this goal to send out a letter to my clients and friends, but I didn’t follow through with it. Well, the wait is over! I’m putting myself out there and getting it done! If you have something that you’ve been putting off for a while, but you know it needs to be done, here’s a small bit of encouragement to get ‘er done!

Life has been a bit of a whirlwind lately. To get you up to speed, I switched brokerages to eXp Realty, expanded my team, and leased some office space in Garden Ridge! I’ve been working with Sherri Tobin for about 2 ½ years, but in 2018 we added Stefanie Gagne to the team. Stefanie comes from Coldwell Banker with great experience. She’s expanding our coverage to help us serve more families as they move in and out of our area! I’m excited to be able to continue to provide the great service that you experienced.

eXp Realty is the fastest growing real estate company in US history that expands over 50 states and 3 Canadian provinces! As an agent-owned cloud brokerage, we are publicly traded under EXPI and uplisted to the NASDAQ last year. I’m thankful for God’s grace and goodness in my business, but His blessing extends beyond there. Rapidly growing, my kids are a constant source of joy in my life. Getting divorced a few years ago was a difficult transition for me. I never imagined that I would be a statistic in this category, but God is working in me to bring about good. I’m a slow learner, but I’m getting there! 🙂 I trust in Him and because of that, I have hope – hope for becoming a better dad, a better business owner, a better servant, team leader, Realtor®, a teacher, and more.

And it is with that hope that I send this letter out, hoping that you remember me; hoping that you enjoyed working with my team or me; hoping that we could stay in touch, and hoping that maybe you would refer some business our way! Drop us a line to let us know how you’re doing. Stop by the office to say “hi”! Thanks for letting me intrude on your life for these few minutes. Please let me know if we can do anything for your family or friends!
